台灣小物分享 Sharing on the small things from Taiwan

有朋友剛去完台灣旅行，知道我喜歡DIY，所以買了以下的DIY用品作手信，真是很貼心呢！

A friend just came back from Taiwan and as I am known to love making DIY, she got the following items as souvenir! So sweet!

以下的物品都是購至光南大批發，說起來也很想自己去一趟！

The items are bought from a very huge stationery store in Taiwan. Looking at all these makes me want to travel to Taiwan myself!

朋友送了3張貼紙和1卷紙膠帶給我 :)

My friend got me 3 sheets of stickers and 1 masking tape :)

這張是多功能裝飾貼紙，可以用來貼袋口或瓶子上，也可以用來造卡或是Scrapbook。貼紙上的花紋也很耐看呢！淡淡的花紋很美！而且可在上面寫字。
This is a multifunctional deco sticker which can be used to seal the bag or stick on a bottle. This can also be used to make cards or scrapbook. The pattern on the stickers are very pretty, the pale colour allows you to write on the stickers.

另一張是蕾絲造型貼紙，透明的蕾絲框實在很美！這個比較適合裝飾用。
This one is a sheet of lace stickers. The transparent lace pattern is really beautiful and is easier to be used as decoration.

還有角貼。這張應該是手帳貼，可我沒有寫手帳的習慣，所以我會用作相角貼。色彩繽紛和不同圖案的角貼實在令人覺得很愉快！
And a sheet of corner stickers. This should be used as journal stickers, but since I don't have a habit of journal writing, I will use these as corner stickers for photos. The colourful corner stickers with different patterns really fill me up with joy!

最後是紙膠帶，這卷紙膠帶有不同的粉色圖案，無論是造卡或scrapbook，應該都很容易可用到！而且它有15米長，相信可以用很久！ XD
Last but not least, the masking tape! This masking tape is of different pastel colours and has various geometric shapes on it which should be pretty easy to apply on both card making and scrapbooking. Also, this one has 15m which is a lot! I bet this can last for very long XD

香港荃灣食記 Dining in Tsuen Wan - 莎樂美餐廳 Salami Restaurant

今晚到達莎樂美餐廳後，只見有一條很長的人龍，由餐廳內的樓梯伸延至外面數個舖位，實在是太誇張了！

Arriving Salami Restaurant, I could only see a very long queue, queuing from the staircase of the restaurant to several shops next to it!

坐下後，點了餐，很快便送來所點的餐湯和餐包。餐包有微微焗過，所以有微溫，加上牛油，十分好吃。

After we ordered, the soup and bread were delivered very quickly. The bread was heated so it was warm enough to melt the butter. It was very delicious.

羅宋湯有十分豐富的湯料，很多蔬菜，還有牛肉。

The Russian Borsh is very rich. There aree lots of vegetables and some beef.

朋友點的雜扒鐵板餐！十分大份呢！侍應會把兩塊紅色巾給你，然後替你倒上汁，但那塊巾好像是無限重用的，一枱客用完，侍應便會收起紅巾然後接好，所以大家最好自備紙巾。
The assorted meat plate (i.e. mixed grill on grill pan) ordered by my friend! The portion is huge! The waiter will give you a piece of red napkin and then pour the sauce for you. But the napkin seems to be reused all night, the waiter will fold the napkin back to the stack and give it to the next table of guests. So you better have your own tissue ready.

最上面有雞翼、腸仔、火腿、雞扒、豬扒、牛扒，最底層還有薯角、少許雜豆和焗蕃茄。
There are chicken wing, sausage, ham, chicken fillet, pork chop, steak and some potato wedges, mixed peas and baked tomato at the bottom of the grill pan.
是男生才有機會完成這麼大份量的鐵板餐！
Only guys are more likely to be able to finish this big portion!

我所點的西冷牛扒鐵板餐！腸仔是從朋友的雜扒拿過來的，完本是沒有的啊！
Sirloin steak on grill pan! The sausage was taken from my friend, there was no sausage on this originally!

這塊西冷都頗大呢！底下一樣有一些蔬菜，薯角和雜豆。
This piece of sirloin steak is pretty big! There are some veggies, potato wedges and mixed peas underneath.

我所叫的是五成熟，肉質剛剛好！
The one ordered is medium rare, the texture is just perfect!

主菜後，還有一杯餐飲和雪糕呢！這次是朱古力味雪糕加上花生碎，連盛雪糕的碗都和雪糕一起雪的呢！所以好像雪糕也不是太易溶掉。
After the main dish, there are one drink and a cup of ice cream. This time is chocolate flavour with some peanuts. The container was put into the freezer with the ice cream, so it seems the ice cream won't melt that quickly.

總括來說，價錢十分相宜，只是座位有點擠擁，而且通常都要排隊，大家要預留時間排隊啊！
To conclude, the price is pretty affordable. Only it is a bit crowded and very likely you need to queue up for the meal. So you got to reserve some time to queue if you want to eat here.

香港深水埗食記 Dining in Shum Shui Po - 呼吸冰室 FullCup Cafe

一直聽說有一特色冰室在深水埗，終於找到機會一嚐！

I always heard of a special cafe in Shum Shui Po, now I finally have a chance to try it.

呼吸冰室位於美荷樓，從地鐵站走過去都需要點時間，大家可參考地圖。

FullCup Cafe is located in Mei Ho House which takes you some time to walk from the MTR station. You can refer to the map.

走進美荷樓，你會發現它和公屋有點相似。的確它前身是公屋，不過經修復後，現已成為YMCA青年旅舍。地下還設有生活館，可供遊客了解多點公屋發展歷史。

Walking into Mei Ho House, you will find that it is quite similar to the public housing estate. Before revitalization, it was actually a public housing estate, but now it becomes the YMCA hostel. There is a museum-like room on the ground floor for tourists to get to know more about the history of the development of public housing estate in Hong Kong.

冰室把餐牌都掛在外面，讓內裡的食客有多點空間運動。外面還設有露天的座位，可供食客選擇。
The cafe hangs the menus on the wall outside so that the diners can enjoy more space within the cafe. There are also some outdoor s seats for you to choose.

內裡的裝潢很有特色，還有各類型的餐桌餐椅，可容納不同人數的食客。
The decoration inside is very special and there are different kinds of tables and chairs to accommodate different party sizes.

牆上還有不同的掛畫和杯子。
There are different pictures hanging on the wall and various cups on the shelf.

看著這些不同的杯子便好開心！
Looking at these different cups makes me so happy!

這裡沒有提供很多的用餐服務。付款後店員會給你一個會閃亮和震動的提示器，當食物準備好，那個提示器便會發出紅光和震動，提示你去取食物。它也震得很強的，不怕不知道要取食物（笑）。
The cafe doesn't provide much dining service. After ordering, the staff will give you a device that will blink and vibrate. When the food is ready, the device will illuminate in red and vibrate to tell you that you can pick up your food now. It actually vibrates pretty strongly, so you will definitely know that you can take the food (haha).

雖然我和朋友們是去吃晚餐的，但我們全都點了早餐吃 XD
Although my friends and I went there for dinner, we all ordered breakfast XD

朋友點了懶人早餐，挺豐富的！
Breakfast for Lazylovers

我則點了法國農村早餐。
I ordered the French Village Breakfast.

這個法式多士很好吃，配上奶油和焦糖醬味道更佳！而且因為盛載食物的煎鑊能為食物保持溫度，感覺整個早餐都很熱騰騰！
This French toast is very delicious. Tipping it into cream and caramel source makes it taste even better. Also, as the pan is hot, it can help keep the food warm.

最後是呼吸星期天全餐，和懶人早餐的分別在於這個有茄汁豆和煙肉，而另一個則是火腿。
Lastly is the fullcup Sunday breakfast. The difference of this breakfast with the Lazylovers one is that this one has baked beans and beacon while the other has ham.

總括而言，環境不錯，食物也不錯，只是價錢有點貴，性價比一般。
To conclude, it has nice environment and pretty good food, just the price is a bit expensive.

後記：
後來有一次週末早上再去，雖沒吃早餐，反而喝了兩壺花茶，分別是玫瑰花和薰衣草味。一沖出來便嗅到濃濃的花香，喝進口還帶有蜜糖的甜，十分好喝！而且茶杯十分精緻，讓人十分愉快！
After this time, I went there again on a Sunday morning. Although I didn't have any breakfast, I ordered two pots of floral tea, which are of rose and lavender flavors respectively. When I poured the tea out, a very rich and sweet smell of flowers immediately came out and when I drank it, I could taste the sweetness of honey in it. The tea is very delicious! Also, the tea cup is very pretty which makes me very delighted.
